  Still pretty young, nice aromatics with the fruit upfront. Being fermented in chestnut vats and then aging in barrels, I could expect a touch of wood but that was not the case. The wine has a mouthfeel which is vertical and long as expected in an Albariño but also wide which makes it very complete. Superb wine.

  De una viña plantada solo con albariño de 70 años de edad en Castrelo-Cambados, con plantas reproducidas por acodo, fue vinificado en 2 fudres de castaño de 1200 l, donde se crió sobre sus lías finas durante 8 meses. De color dorado. Tiene una nariz intensa y seductora con sensaciones golosas y maduras de fruta con hueso, sensaciones florales, matices cítricos más ligeros y un toque de humo de castaño. En boca tiene buen ataque, hay cierta cremosidad, notable frescura, matices herbáceos, sensaciones minerales, cierta estructura y notable longitud. Muy bueno.
