  Muy neutra en nariz con sutiles notas a anís con hojas de limón. tambien algo de tiza. Más vivo en boca con una cortante acidez pero carente de estructura y un tenue final amargo. Poco más que una curiosidad injertada sobre viñas de merlot en Mentrida, aunque fuera de la DO.
