I will eschew the easy separation jibes and instead note that it might've been quicker And cheaper to clear a field of toxic metals in preparation for the conversion to organic with a few rotations of carrots and onions, rather than waiting a year or 2 for these vines to mature. Otoh, if you're looking for the right red globe wine to pair with Brussels sprouts, and who isn't these days, amirite, this classic of cruciferous viticulture might be your binky

This is sweet with very mild varietal flavors of Pinot. More a light red than a Pinot. It was a gift but at $6 to $9 it works
