Alc. 11.7%, TA 8.5g/L, RS 1.4%. PNP into ISO tasting glass ("Leaf" day): Pale lemon to the eyes with petillance.
Some lees/yeasty notes upfront that blew off. Minty sweet florals, tropical fruits like pineapple, candied citrus fruits.
On palate the bubbles are relatively rough in texture (forced carbonation?). Medium plus acidity, off-dry. Refreshing but not too complex. Clean finish.
