The 2006 rocked and this vintage brings it also. Bright and fresh with a little frizzante. On the nose there is a load of tropical fruit with pink grapefruit shining through. The palate has nice grapefruit and lime components. Nice acidic finish that is full of flavor. ($10)

This is a great QPR. Pale yellow, fruity with some body. Good citrus, wet stone and minerals. The citrus is supported by some depth. If you love high acid SBs, this may not be the wine for you. Not a ton of acid, but well balanced. Overall, an excellent effort.

Opened and drank over two days. Pale yellow color. The nose on the first day was most vegetable and grass, while opening up to some citrus and lemon peel on the second day. The palate featured a similar evolution. Very interesting SB.

very pale in color, fruity aroma but not as strong as NZ SB, quite dry, not fruity at all, light in body

Fuller bodied than a New Zealand SB, but nice-balanced acidity and tropical fruit. Better than any NZ we've had in awhile.
