  Bu en succ.
  Un vin d'Israel pour sortir des sentiers battus.
  Frais et un brin surette. Sur la canneberge,
  les griottes et la pomme grenade.
  Un peu d'épices aussi avec
  des tannins fins et une finale courte
  mais ou rien n'accroche.
  Bien.

  A present I got when hosting Jewish new year eve.
  
  Dark bright partially cloudy red with shades of purple in the end.
  
  Full to medium body. Soft tanines despite being very young. Medium acidity. All in all surprisingly balanced and smooth for its age.
  
  Mildly aromatic, black fruits first then spices then red fruits. Nice aroma.
  
  On the palate same as the aroma but more intens. Plum, pomegranate, raspberries, cranberries, blackberries, blueberries, cherry, strawberries then licorice, anise, pepper.
  
  Very enjoyable🍷
