  Pretty amazing Riesling. Abundance of everything and still ephemeral and elegant. Easy to drink now or in 10 years. Glad I got a case of this. Tonight with ducal Matjesherings and boiled potatoes
  
  Had it 6 days in the fridge with about 1/5 of the bottle left. Not really better, but I keep the score - probably unfair to judge after so much airation.
