  • Someone brought this to a little porch gathering. For those who are curious, “Cremant de Bourgogne” is basically a wine made in the Champagne method but made by Champagne’s neighbors in Burgundy. This one pours a very faint pink with a gentle mousse. Red berries and melon are the prevailing characteristics. This wine is quite round with medium acid. A quaffable crowd pleaser.
