Pale gold with lemon reflections Aromatics medium. Crisp pear, rocks, yellow florals followed by ripe yellow apple over time. No new oak. Palate has a medium + body with a creamy mouthfeel. Acid medium +. No phenolics. Alcohol medium +. Sweet pear and lime. Almost some residual sugar. Finish has a medium + length. Balanced. Dry glass notes of hay. Overall, seems ripe and somewhat new world. I suspect a warm vintage Not sure that aging will make a lot of difference

Double Blind tasting Medium gold color Medium aromas opening up to medium plus with time in the glass - initially this wine gave pear and unripe peach aromas dominated by salinity and dry rock minerality - with time in the glass this opened up to a ripe yellow apple and pear with white florals and less minerality - notes of used oak Medium plus body - fairly round mouthfeel with creamy notes from presumed lees contact - ripe pear and citrus with some dry minerality Medium plus acidity and mild phenolic bitterness with medium plus alcohol - possible small amount of RS - medium length led by fruit and acid Pretty dense palate here - not an elegant wine but enjoyable I guessed a ripe Chablis but didn't feel right about it - this explains that due to warmer region and vintage I think this wine may improve with another 2-3 years of cellar time but not totally convinced

Delicious buttery balanced. Ready to drink but I wish I had more for a few year of cellaring. Needs 45 minutes to warm to cellar temp and open.

Medium plus acidity and mild phenolic bitterness with medium plus alcohol - possible small amount of RS - medium length led by fruit and acid
