  Like its predecessors, the 2020 iteration of Domaine des Grandes Perrieres Sancerre is heavily mineral-driven, with intense aromas of crushed rocks and graphite that are flanked with notes of gooseberry, lemon verbena and jasmine. Light-bodied and without detectable oak, it delivers flavors mirroring the nose and stays solid on the mid-palate. Listed as 12.5%, the wine's alcohol is a non-factor. Closing with a crisp, medium-length finish, this is a delightful Sauvignon Blanc that should be at its best over the next three years. Drink now-2025.

  Very crisp and clean. Citrus and tropical notes along with some gooseberry. Good acidity.
