Made by Traditional method from a single varietal of Kalecik Karasi, aged on its lees for 26 months. Light salmon copper colour. Medium intensity aroma of strawberries, grapefruit peel, red currants, stones, touch of tobacco and dried rose petals. Medium body, fine mousse, silky texture, medium abv, medium acidity, medium intensity flavours of strawberries, apples, stony and floral hints.
