Like a cool climate Pinot Noir crossed with a Beaujolais. Crunchy red fruits like slightly dried cranberries and some lovely spice on the nose and palate. Medium bodied, medium plus acid, medium tannins, fairly long finish. Quite enjoyable as an unusual dry red varietal (I'd never had outside of a champagne component).
