  Another half bottle from the same batch. This was very similsr to my last bottle. The only subtle difference was that this wine was a touch more advanced. Enjoy!

  From an excellent looking half bottle, this wine looked good with a deep yellow center and clear rims. The medium+ intensity nose showed citrus, slate, apples, and a hint of honey.
  
  It took about 45 minutes to develop in the mouth and then held strong for several hours. It was medium bodied with nice richness for a Spatlese but also had great acidity and a very long citrus finish.
  
  While at its peak, this wine should easily last for 10 years.

  Goldish colour. Smells of petrol and glycerine. Medium sweet with a long lingering finish. Very good concentration. Will probably stay on this plateau for quite while.
