  Two coravin pours. One drunk with pasta, the other let stand in a glass for a few hours. Medium to dark garnet crimson color. Floral and fruity nose with just a hint of alcohol. Medium to full bodied. Palate has bright red berry fruit with some herbal notes and a slightly bitter element on the finish on the one given more air. On the whole contrary to my norm, I enjoyed the first glass more than the one that got more air. Quite pleasant and balanced overall. Excellent QPR.

  enjoyed this very much over the course of three sittings. coravined over a couple of weeks. . rich expressive.. dark berry fruit with a hint of raisin as expected with the ripasso method. acidity was solid and almost integrated at this point.. ready to drink now but will hold for a fair amount of time.. pleasant full bodied wine.
