  • Light salmon color with this sparkler. Toasty nose that dissipated quickly unlike the ton of red fruit. Raspberry, watermelon and a bit of red apple. Some green apple and minerality. Mine was served at about 40f as was recommended on the bottle tag. Minimal beading and no mousse at all when poured. The palate was dry mirroring the red fruit on the nose with the addition of tropical fruit like guava and pineapple. High acidity that wasn't out of place. This sparkling rose of Malbec, Merlot and Mourvedre was thoroughly enjoyable and is made for poolside or a patio. Great summer wine.

  • I really enjoyed it. Drier than I expected. Some raspberry notes. Didn’t blow up like my previous bottles of petillant from WC.
