Pretty pink, delicate soft texture, light sweet floral, flavour reminiscent of star fruit . Personally, I find this wine too acidic, lacks a sense of grace which I expect from Pinot noir rose. This really ought to be be better.

Giant Steps Single Vineyard Zoom tasting. Drank in Grassl Cru. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, salmon pink colour. Thin legs. Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of fragrant rose petals and baby powder, strawberry, red cherry, hints of saline minerality. Youthful. On the palate, dry, great high acidity, medium alcohol, medium- body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of gentle strawberries, raspberries, red cherries, sweet rosewater, ending with a salty saline wet stones minerality to the mouth-watering medium+ finish. Very good quality. Lovely gentle Rose, with excellent interplay of sweet and salty elements. Drink it. I would recommend this Rose for sure if anyone asked.
