  • Dinner at Highland. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs.
Nose medium intensity, with initial reductive flint, citrus lemon, wet stony minerals. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of citrus lemon, white peach, licking wet stones minerality, inexplicable nice spice feel. Long finish.
Very good quality. Refined feel that could only be Burgundy. Even better on day 2 - goes down very smoothly, liquid mineral with good fruit support.
