Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 88 points

  • Very tasty, gluggable, light orange and natural wine from a relatively new producer, with an experienced winemaker at the helm (used to be as Dom Bibei). Quintessential 'new Spain'. Can't wait to try the reds (particularly at the more premium end).

N: Intense, dry cider with an elderflower lift, direct press grape juice, tart but ripe yellow apple skin Tense, med tannins and acid.

P: Bruised apple, monkey nuts, lime juice, savoury and yeasty accent to the fruit (subtle oxidation). Light tannin.

F: Quince, Turkish delight, fresh grape juice
