  Silky, rich and concentrated Chardonnay from Judean Hills, aged on its lees for 12 months in FR oak with battonage, bottled unfiltered. Medium golden colour. Medium+ intensity aroma of leather, acacia, peaches, yellow plums, honey, vax, toasted oak. Medium+ body, smooth and silky slightly creamy texture, concentrated flavours of stone fruits, honey, some tropical nuances, touch of salinity, medium acidity.

  Those 12 months on its lees gives lot of character in both, nose and mouth. Nothing extraordinary anyway. Just nice.
  
  Por copas. Aromas de fruta blanca más albaricoques y cítricos. Muy ácido por el momento pero equilibrado por una densidad mantecosa. También rico y jugoso en el paladar. Esos 12 meses en sus lías da mucho carácter en ambos, nariz y boca. Nada extraordinario de todos modos. Simplemente agradable.
