  TL;DR: good wine and an excellent QPR, but you should probably let this one rest for another year or three.
  
  Drank over two days. On day 1, popped and poured. The nose was unyielding, and the wine was definitely tight on the palate. Not much fruit, but tons of acid. Impenetrable. I put the cork back in and waited.
  
  Day 2, this has really come out of its shell! The nose is pretty with raspberry, plum, and cinnamon scents. Light bodied in the mouth, with hints of sour cherry and more plum. Decent finish.
  
  This is an interesting and pleasing wine, but probably needs a bit more time in the bottle - or, at least, a lengthy decant.
