  Decanted for around 2 hours and ready for sipping.
  
  Med+ intensity nose of dark fruit, oak and vanilla. Initial sips were less fruit forward with plum, blackberry, black cherry and vanilla. This began opening up nicely in the glass. Oak, vanilla and a lingering earthy finish.
  
  Med bodied, well balanced sweetness, subtle yet noticable acidity and good structure. This wine continued evolving in the glass and developed well.
  
  A little on the expensive side, but I did not feel I overpaid. Would sip again.

  Pronounced black fruits and a lot of fresh and dried herbs. This undoubtedly shows the garrigue notes of the region. Vanilla then a lot of herbs and spice in the mouth. There is massive concentration and complexity here. High proportion of whole bunch.
