  Our Annual Champagne Tasting: Ann-Marie's bottle. Bling on the outside, but a serious wine in the bottle. I found more of a DP signature than a rosé signature, with the great matchstick minerality, in addition to creamy raspberry and strawberry. Great structure, built to age.

  Kaunis vaalea lohenpunainen väri, vahva, mutta pehmeä kupla. Dompan hapokkuus ja pehmeys, kielen päällä ”smooth as silk”, autolyysi ja malo tuntuu (creaminess). Aukeaa kivasti kun lämpenee hieman. Punaisia marjoja (metsämansikkaa, vadelmaa (raikkaat, ei yhtään hilloiset, marjat), punaista omenaa. Mineraalisuutta. Tuntuu vielä nuorekkaalta. Syötiin Kot Kotia ja hanhenmaksaa viikunahillolla. Ilman viikunahilloa ei paras pari, viikunahillolla erinomainen. Tommi osti UV 2021 vikat Alkosta. Monta vuotta vielä juotavissa.

  Refreshing summer champagne, with an almost artificial looking orange/rose gold colour. Aromas of raspberry, strawberry, candid cherry, dried flowers, lemon, mushroom, brioche and toast. Silky mouthfeeling with great acidity. A long, fruity finish.

  Rose gold color in the glass. Note has some minerality and toast but overall is still very tight and closed. Fresh strawberry and red berries on the pallet though high acid and slightly high alcohol diminishes the flavor quickly into a short finish. Could use another five plus years laid down in the cellar before revisiting.
