Not much in the way of formal notes taken, but this was bizarre. I should add that I typically enjoy minimal intervention, high acid, expressive wines.
If tasted blind, I would call this as a dry apple cider. Very tart and taste of heirloom apple. Not a bad cider at all, but hard to see this as Oregon Chardonnay. Perhaps my bottle was off, but I don't see any clear faults here.
