D+0h: very much deposit in the filter and the bottle, smells of blackberry D+4,5h: purple red, on the rim a little bit cherry red, smells of blackberry and eucalyptus, very full body, has a dash of residual sugar without being sweet, in the mouth blackberry and a little bit of leather, in the aftertaste blackberry and a little bit of leather, very good length (30 sec.), great red.

D+0h: some deposit in the filter and in the bottle, smells intensively of strawberry jam and of minerality, D+3h: dark as ink and at the rim purple red, now the strawberry smells more dry and less fat, minerality and also eucalyptus in the nose, too, full body, smooth in the mouth, tastes of strawberry, a dash of pepper and a little bit of eucalyptus, in the aftertaste strawberry and a little bit of eucalyptus, very long finish (30secs.), a very good wine which I will definitely buy again.

Drinking beautifully. Nice front and mid palate - decent finish. Found this in a bargain bin and drinks like a much higher priced wine. Very enjoyable.

Better than before, probably in a sweet spot. What was jammier before is more taught. Nice vibrant acidity, mature fruit. No apparent oak showing, though it has seen oak aging. Firm red berry fruits, heading toward cranberry, although a mix of berries here, with a nice nose of firm and wet forest greenery and fruit flesh. A bit simpler this way, but nicely integrated, moderately complex. I'd be willing to let bottles go longer to watch it evolve. It seems to be doing well now. Overall, a fresh fruited Portuguese red that I expected it to be.
