  Dark and dull appearance. Like someone turned the color down on the TV. Slightly cloudy. When straight out of the cellar, a little dull on the smell. Sweet cherries, like a cheap candy. Interesting that it starts appearing dull but can throw out a weird smell like that. Have to smell deep, though, to tease that out. On the surface, it's a weaker smell without anything interesting--and vaguely chemical. Very thin, but elegant. Not a huge wine. Some cherry flavors. Slightest hint of a musty leather. Absolutely buttery smooth. Easy to drink. Short finish. Can conjure up a few flavors with some breaths. Then it kind of comes alive and give you another little treat. Pleasant bite lasts when you taste a full taste.
