One of my favorite new world Chardonnay wines. Mineral, fresh, great acidity. Tropical fruits and honeysuckle on the nose, the palate is stone fruits and citrus in great balance. Plus my wife likes it and she's a SB fan. Enioyed with cheese and crusty bread with JO, BO and my wife.

The Frog's Leap was lovely. It had Burgundian minerality but a touch more ripeness and a more new world fruit palate that was slightly tropical. Interestingly, it had lovely acidity for a new world Chardonnay. On the nose I picked up the minerality and a touch of fresh squeezed lemon. If I was tasting blind I would have been confused and probably guessed Oregon. I would never have guessed Napa! I was impressed.

Lemon and lime, some mineral. More crystaline than the 2019 I had a week or so ago, but less expressive and less depth to the fruit. Slightly better the second day, so perhaps just the difference in bottle age. 90 the first day, 91 on the second day.

Quite nice. Dry, bright acidity with citrus and green apple balanced with lees mouthfeel. Good with shrimp and a spring risotto
