  • By the glass. The white of Matsu. Malvasia with other minority varieties. A little sweet on the nose and perhaps more interesting on the palate with a bitter mineral finish. Nothing offensive, nothing to die for. We will continue to expect (matsu) a greater expression of the terroir. The main doubt lies in its high price for what it offers and compared to other excellent Zamoran whites.

  • A blend of Malvasia(85%) and other/Verdejo(15%). Subtle nose of vanilla, cinnamon and some ripe yellow fruit. Medium bodied and dry with rather refreshing acidity, showing subtle ripe yellow stone fruit, vanilla and creamy notes. Overall great subtlety and balance. Very elegant.
