  Great sub if you don’t like Chard. Soft, creamy with a good backbone. But still fresh and vibrant.
  
  On the nose: green apple, lemon zest, marscapone, light herbal finish.
  Tongue: fruity, green apple, lemon lime. Slightly creamy with a lot of toasty oak notes on the finish.
  
  Paired with a creamed chicken mushroom skillet.
