WHAT A SURPRISE! The best feature: even though there's a lot of sweetness in the smell, the wine is bone dry. I LOVED it.
Color: pale gold
A strong beautiful aroma of Passion Fruit mixed with the unmistakable smell of old roses, green melon, key lime pie, and iris (violet).
Body: 2 out of 5 Tannins: 1 out of 5, some somehow pleasant phenolic bitterness Acidity: 3.5 out of 5 Sweet: Bone Dry Alcohol 13.9%
A re-discovery for me. Being Argentinean, I have tasted Torrontes in the past but not much into wines then. What a beautiful surprise and how proud knowing this comes from my country!
Everybody should try this at least!
