  • A very special wine. Golden almost orange color, intensive nose with alcohol and sherry tastes. Needs a lot of air. If you drink it too soon the taste is a bit flat and mostly of dry sherry. Later (at least 24h) it becomes very rich, well balanced and of orange fruits. I’ve read a review that said apricot and candied pears. I agree, especially with the candied part, the taste is very creamy. Altogether it is a very enjoyable wine that fits well with foods like pork and egg. Not like any other wine I’ve ever had.
