  This wine was open an hour or so before I tasted it. Well integrated and quite large scaled. The wine is rich and ripe without being roasted. It’s a prime example of a good 2013 that is ready to drink now. Well integrated black cherry and sandalwood, receding tannin but big waves of fruit remain. This was my first taste of this TRB project. I’d be very eager to try a 14 now.

  Big compared to the other vintages, loaded with fruit. Darker fruit. Black licorice. Still has a lot of life left.
