Fire-roasted red pepper, coffee grounds, blackberry, black cherry, baking spice, and light vanilla. Concentrated, brooding, but approachable. Very fine-grained tannin. Very nice.

Served too cold and did not decant. PnP straight from the cellar at the end of the night. This was served with dessert, but should have been decanted for two hours and served with a big steak. Mouth puckering tannin that sucks the moisture from your mouth. Big brooding red wine with bitter dark chocolate notes. Massive. Hold and give this time to integrate.

Intense with blackberry, plum, vanilla and cedar. Fine grained tannins and nice acidity keep that beauty in check. Excellent paired with Pappardelle with Short Rib Ragu. NI:4, FI:22, FC:8, B:4, L.4
