  K&A X-Mas Party. 7 Course food and wine pairing. Course 1. Paired with Dungeness crab salad, heirloom apples, and celery root sorbet. Shockingly, the wierdest part of this dish, the celery root sorbet, paired the best with this wine! My favorite of the night, which is amazing since this was wine #1. Nose was clean and floral with hints of citrus and melon. Taste is very floral on the front. This wine coats the mouth and gives you a long, smooth finish with flavors of citrus and peaches. Only wine of the night I would look to purchase to drink again.
