  Funky scent with sawdust and sweat on the nose, and piercingly austere to drink with its sharp acidity and lean and kinda green fruit. So it's a bit of a surprise when the the wine warms up, the bubbles calm down, and it comes across a little sweet, but still finishes long with a fresh grassiness. Curious to see what would happen here with short-term bottle age.
