  The 2020 Henri Boillot Chambertin Grand Cru is a work of art. De-stemmed and grown up in 228L barrels, the wine was picked at perfection. Tasted through the seven course meal- and literally paired with everything including but not limited to the filet. This wine balanced power, concentration, complexity and elegance to fire on all the expected sensations. Blue and black fruits, dark and red cherry, fantastic mineral underbelly with supportive yet balanced structure for a fantastic life ahead. Add this to YOTY category now and in a decade and a decade from there. If I could drink this every month, I would be a very happy man. If you have one hold until 2028++- if your friend has one, well you know :)
