  Cloudy golden colour. Only 11.5%. Striking nose, dominated by passion fruit, and rounded out with apple (think cider), pear, white peach, and some funky notes. On the palate, this is slightly spritzy with good acidity. Dry, but with some fruit sweetness and plenty of minerals. Some oxidised notes. Interesting.
