  • Just fantastic. New Burgundy. Integrated oak, butter, nice fruit, long, spicy finish. Drink and enjoy.

  • Yesterday at the Restaurant 'Tamatsu', Heiligenhafen, Baltic Sea. Just from memory, no notes taken.

    13% Alc., yellow color.

Nose: Restrained yellow fruit paired with minerality.

Palate: First impression is the absolut perfect balance of all components. Spontaneous fermentation, gentle wood, harmonious natural acidity, dry mouthfeel, minerality, good complexity, silky. Emptied the bottle quickly.

A sophisticated Top Chardonnay, very different to other German producer like Huber or Knewitz with their main characteristics of aggressive acidity and strong reduction. This is much more harmonious, more sophisticated, so natural and simply beautiful to drink. Loved it!
