  Off-putting nose and taste upon opening, after airing it got appreciably better, had plenty of acidic backbone, but was wondering about the fruit in this bottle (the exact opposite of bottles of this wine I had 1-2 years ago. Peaches, vanilla and some nougat. Still, excellent wine when it settled down.
