The bottle was "lost" in the cellar and was brought out mainly to see if it was should be dumped. We had with chicken cordon bleu and it went decently well. A few notes of tropiclal fruit and green apple. Had a little left over and saved it for the next day. The last bits had a very off rubbing alcohol aftertaste.

There was a lot of tropical fruit and lychee on the nose. There was also stone and floral notes, and some vanilla towards the end. The palate was rich and creamy, and had tropical fruit, dried flowers, and vanilla. The finish had a lot of minerality.

No formal note taken - stone fruit driven with a lot of acid on the palate for the varietal. A nice nutty note on the finish adds complexity.
