  Tasted at a charity tasting event sponsored by a large NJ retailer. Once again served too cold. Super reduced, with vigorous swirling it reveals minerals galore, bright acidity, great mouth feel a little lemon and apple. Still a baby, needs time, air and no colder than cellar temp to really shine. Lots of potential...
