  My boyfriend and I enjoyed this wine a bunch. It was a shock to our palate with strong acidic flavors like green apples, lemon, and “un-ripe” grapes with fresh herbal undertones. It has quickly become one of our go to bottles when we want something inexpensive, summery, and delicious. If you haven’t already, we highly recommend you pick up a bottle and give it a try.

  On the nose green apples and stony minerals. Medium bodied, very dry, crisp, acidic, showing subtle green apples with saline minerals and firm acidity. A very pleasant tight and poised style.

  Robe jaune clair. Nez mêlant pierre à fusil, levure, pomme verte, limite piquant. Belle énergie en bouche, avec une attaque minérale et fruits jaunes qui grimpe en puissance sur plusieurs secondes. Une légère acidité vient vivifier le tout. Le vin s’évanouit progressivement sur une finale plutôt minérale, salivante mais peu aromatique.
