  Beautiful dry rendition with aromas ranging from wet clay to white flowers, grapefruit zest and kaffir lime. Palate offers green apple flesh, juicy pear, wet stones and hint of lychee and tropical note of papaya. Juicy with fruit flavors yet structurally balanced with minerality and a grounding salinity from the sea breezes that batter this vineyard. Fabulous with a Brazilian fish stew topped by generous amounts of mint and cilantro, as well as with leftover Indian takeout the second night (heavy on the Indian pickle and chili oil)!
