  My toddler ripped the stem off a leaf of kale, and now she's trying to put it back together. An early lesson in the ease of destruction and the difficulty of creation. She's making faces and noises and crying, frustrated. If she's like me, she can look forward to a lifetime of dramatic reaction to frustration: hucking pens and pencils against walls, slamming computer mice into desks, kicking dog toys across the room, fucks and shits and god damnits. But, thanks to the Spanish, she can also look forward to another salve for frustration: excellent and relatively inexpensive riojas like this.
