Garnet color - typical of what you’d expect from a Burgundy Pinot noir. Nose of spices, red berries, tar. Medium+acidity, bbq flavors, raspberries and strawberries, earthy notes, tad of vanilla and wood on the medium ending. Tannins are somewhat grippy and contrast the acidity well. A pretty straightforward, if delicious, wine.
