  Decanted for 1h then back into bottle. Drank 5h after decant. Shy aromas w some barnyard and VA, blackberries and black cherries, herbs, minerals and a hint of green peppers. Palate w mild VA, juicy blackberries, a bit of pomegranate, minerals, herbs, and some green peppers. Medium body with excellent acids and mild tannins. Nice lingering finish of juicy blackberries, minerals, herbs, and a tinge of green peppers. There VA is noticeable but just enough to add complexity. The juicy acids really are a nice freshness to the wine. This is a fun wine and can certainly age on its acids. But I suspect it's best for drinking in the short term. Like this. 90+

  Super enjoyable. Vibrant and electric on the nose with fresh earth, bright cherry, and an herbal steminess. Continues on the palate, with fine tannins and moderate length.
