Floral, white blossom, peach, smoke, toast, oak. Palate is like nose but way more focused due to acid. Fresh and delicious. Not sure if the relevant lack of complexity warrants the price. A producer to watch.

The origine here is apparently Petit Chablis - something that I personally feel can be sensed by the fruit and body having a particularly slim profile, at the same time that the winemaking is very Cote de Beaune - 20 % new oak and a year of elevage. I think this has a little bit of new oak bitterness, but there is good acidity and a nice concentration and length to the lingering aftertaste. Lemon, pear, white cabbage, white flowers and chalk. A nice Bourgogne blanc but a little overpriced at 40 EUR+.
Pale; a smart, attractive, modest nose; a lemony cut to a graceful palate, well balanced; finishes well. Drink over next year or two. (Fresher & better than recent '19).

Pear and vanilla cream, a bit too flat on the palate, above average bourgogne

Orphans of Burgundy Tasting: Impression. Light on the palate with touch of chrysanthemums at the finish. Lean focus acid.
