Dinner at La Regolade, Beaune (La Regolade, Beaune): Mid to full straw. ovly mineral and floral nose. Goo dintensity. Pretty tight at the moment. Nose begining to open up to fruit and toasted hazlenuts, similar to the Coche last night, but palate tighter and more focused if a little less persistant. ****
