Pale gold color. Classic California Chardonnay but with pleasing acidity to balance the oak and malolactic butteriness. Nose is dominated by oak, toffee, buttered popcorn, vanilla, baking spices, cinnamon apple, candied peach, mango, stewed pineapple, wet slate. Big round, fleshy body and solid finish. Not my style but a well crafted, generously proportioned, California Chard.
