I have to confess: I am a fan of Alsatian Pinot Blanc. At one time pinot blanc was widely grown in Burgundy, some saying that was a primary component of many Corton-Charlemagne wines. In this Pinot Blanc one gets a hint of that possibility. While light in color, it carries a richness and creamy feel (due to malolactic conversion) that contributes to a certain complexity not often found in so young a wine. Terrific value. <https://www.blanck.com/en/Boutique/Varietal-wines/Classics/Pinot-Blanc-125541.html>
