  On opening nose of a kelpy, saline, seaside mineralite with prominent Kaffir lime and pepper. 4 hours really very intense, complex floral notes, geranium, lavender, cacophonous.
  Unctuous, oily textured palate, understated citrus and spice, but at the 4 hour mark really builds in intensity, but like other Nuits blancs I’ve had, a little difficult to pin down and differentiate.
